Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and billing details when you create an account or contact our support team. We also automatically collect certain data when you use NOX, including device information, IP address, browser type, operating system, usage patterns, and interaction logs. This helps us improve performance, detect abuse, and personalize your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to operate, maintain, and improve NOX's services. This includes processing your requests, training our models on anonymized data (with your consent), sending service-related communications, enforcing our policies, and complying with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We employ role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. Data is stored on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure across geographically redundant data centers. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention. Conversation logs are retained for 30 days for quality assurance unless you opt out.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to automated decisions, and withdraw consent. 6. Third-Party Services
NOX integrates with third-party services you explicitly authorize. Each integration is governed by the respective service's privacy policy. We do not share your data with these services without your explicit consent. You can revoke integrations at any time from your account dashboard.
7. International Transfers
Data may be processed in data centers located in the United States, European Union, and India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Binding Corporate Rules where applicable.
8. Updates to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of NOX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
